Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please visit your “Order History” or contact our support team immediately. A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the Return process after receiving the item.
  • Unilateral Cancellation: Ananth Telecom reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 48 hours.

2. Return Eligibility (Electronics & Telecom)

Due to the technical nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the product does not power on or function out of the box.
  • Manufacturing Defect: Technical issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Wrong Item/Damaged Packaging: If you received a product different from what you ordered or if the box was tampered with during transit.

Mandatory Requirements for Return:

  • Request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • The serial number (IMEI/SN) on the product must match our internal records.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged:

  • Pre-activated SIM cards or data plans.
  • Software licenses or digital downloads.
  • Items with missing serial numbers or tampered warranty seals.
  • Personalized or custom-configured hardware.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a technical inspection. This usually takes 2–4 business days.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Timeline:
    • Original Payment Method: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).
    • Store Credit: Instant (can be used for your next purchase).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item/DOA), we will bear the return shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account at Ananth Telecom.
  2. Go to My Orders and select Request Return.
  3. Upload 3 photos of the product (Front, Back, and Serial Number) and a short video if the item is not working.
  4. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and pickup instructions.
